Deep ruby colour introduces intense aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, and graphite with subtle notes of violet and tobacco. The palate displays concentrated dark fruit flavors complemented by firm, well-integrated tannins and a backbone of pencil lead minerality characteristic of the appellation. Medium to full-bodied with excellent structure, the wine shows layers of black cherry, plum, and hints of dark chocolate, leading to a persistent finish with lingering notes of cassis and oak spice.
