At Château de Pougelon, the Descombe family takes care to work the terroir and the vines with care and attention, in constant search of quality. Too well known for being a Cru whose usually rather robust structure gives it a rustic side, this Beauvernay 2019 vintage breaks the codes and reveals a round and harmonious palate, carried to great depth, well structured and balanced by fresh acidity. Its delicious and juicy aromas of red and black fruits (raspberry, blueberry) will seduce lovers of well-made Gamay!
