The 12 hectares of vines of Château de La Guimonière, gathered on the slopes of Layon , bear witness to the antiquity of the vineyard created in the 15th century. The manual harvests and the aging on fine lees in oak barrels offer a wine of beautiful aromatic complexity and perfect balance. A powerful nose with aromas of exotic fruits and apricot, a delicate and gourmet mouth with notes of honey, which leaves a rich but light finish. Perfect mastery and an exceptional aging capacity!
