Very fruity, Black Bush is a delicious blend of rare richness and elegance. With an interesting maturity typical to malt whiskeys, Black Bush is full bodied and deliciously smooth, with a hint of liveliness brought by the grain. Right from the pour you’ll notice the dark colouring‚ a result of maturing for up to 8 years in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and sweet Bourbon barrels. As for the taste‚ this 80% Malt Whiskey floats across the tongue to deliver dark‚ velvety fruity notes right through to the long finish.

Black Bush Old Fashioned

Ingredients and instructions only:

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Bushmills Black Bush
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 orange peel
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass, muddle the brown sugar and bitters until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the Bushmills Black Bush and stir until well combined.
3. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir for 20-30 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with an orange peel and serve.
