A very deep garnet colour introduces this elegant wine. An abundance of aromas unfolds into a magnificent bouquet of forest fruits, ripe plum, and red cherry, beautifully complemented by notes of chocolate, vanilla, and dried herbs. On the palate, it is rich, smooth, and well-integrated. The structure is masterfully balanced, with silky tannins derived from ripe fruit and fine oak aging. Luxurious and persistent flavours culminate in a truly superb wine.
Enira Reserva comes from Domaine Bessa Valley, in the Bessa Valley region of southern Bulgaria. It's a Bordeaux-meets-Rhône blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot, grown on a site chosen specifically for red wine production. At 14.5% abv, this is a wine built with weight and ripeness in mind, reflecting the warm, continental growing conditions of the region.
Expect dark fruit, savoury spice and firm structure, with the Syrah lending peppery lift and the Cabernet and Petit Verdot providing backbone. Serve with lamb, venison or charcuterie, or alongside grilled vegetables and aged cheeses for a lighter match on deck.
