BELLINI-CELLO SPRITZ
Ingredients
- 60 ml Bellini - Limoncello
- 30 ml Prosecco
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Bellini - Limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Top with Prosecco.
Serve
Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
