This wine has a bouquet that is both very delicate and generous, overflowing with aromas of black plum, coconut, tar and nuts, as well as subtle nuances of cedar linked to aging in barrels. The texture is fine and velvety, the tannins fine and the acidity refreshing. The long and balanced finish is marked by persistent aromas of wild berries and again notes of black pepper. Elegance and finesse are the key words of this wine which has excellent aging potential.
