Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bacardi Reserva Ocho - 8 yrs
  • 20 ml Amaro Nonino
  • 20 ml Fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml Agave nectar
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Bacardi Reserva Ocho, Amaro Nonino, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Top with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.

Serve

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or zest.
