A distinctive golden rum with a smooth taste and subtle mellow characteristics, this is ideal served long over ice with cola or fruit juices. BACARDÍ Carta Oro rum brings together rich, soothing flavours like vanilla, buttery caramel, toasted almond and sweet banana notes balanced by the warm zest of orange peel and a light, oaky finish, with scents of nuts and butter, a rich and toasted palate, and a dry and slightly sweet finish.

Golden Sunset

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Bacardi Carta Oro
- 30 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Bacardi Carta Oro, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
3. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
