Absolut - Citron

Ingredients

• 50 ml Absolut Citron
• 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 15 ml Premium honey syrup (1:1 ratio honey to water)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters Lemon twist

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add Absolut Citron, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
6. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve
