Long and Rich With Dry Warming Spice Delicious notes of figs, blackcurrant and spicy ginger come from 10 years of maturation in a 1st fill Sherry Butt, this cask strength edition (58.3%) offers a rich and warming dram for the connoisseur. Spiced figs, juicy plums and wild brambles with hazelnut chocolate, toasted oak and freshly baked cinnamon brioche on the nose. A palate of raisin fudge and dark chocolate followed by crystallised ginger and homemade blackcurrant jam. Long and rich finish with dry warming spice.

Aberlour's Highland Fling

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Aberlour 10 yrs
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine Aberlour 10 yrs, fresh lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme and enjoy!
