About this mezcal

400 Conejos is a distinguished mezcal producer rooted in Mexico's rich spirit-making tradition. Their artisanal approach honors time-honored production methods, crafting mezcal that reflects the complexity and character of the agave plant and its terroir. Each expression is carefully produced to showcase the natural flavors that emerge from traditional techniques.

This Joven mezcal presents mezcal in its purest form, unaged and vibrant, allowing the intrinsic qualities of the agave and production process to take center stage. At 43% ABV, it delivers a well-balanced profile suitable for sipping neat, on the rocks, or as the foundation for sophisticated cocktails. The spirit's versatility makes it an excellent choice for both collectors and those new to premium mezcal, offering an accessible entry point into artisanal Mexican spirits.

Perfect for refined entertaining in luxury settings, 400 Conejos Joven mezcal pairs beautifully with Latin-inspired cuisine, grilled seafood, and contemporary small plates. Its clean, expressive character complements both casual gatherings and formal dining experiences aboard yachts, in private villas, or at fine dining establishments.
