Whistlepig Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 60 ml WhistlePig Rye 15 yrs
• 10 ml Demerara simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters

Method

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
2. Add the WhistlePig Rye, Demerara simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters.
3. Stir gently until well-chilled.
4. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
