Ingredients
- 60ml Tarquin's The Seadog Navy Gin
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Method
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake without ice for 30 seconds to emulsify the egg white
- Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink
