Sapphire Eastern Breeze

Ingredients

• 60 ml Bombay Sapphire East
• 30 ml fresh lime juice
• 20 ml lemongrass syrup
• 15 ml ginger liqueur
• 60 ml chilled green tea

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Bombay Sapphire East, fresh lime juice, lemongrass syrup, ginger liqueur, and chilled green tea.
3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a lemongrass stalk.
