Ingredients
- 60ml Matsui Shuzo The Matsui Sakura Cask
- 120ml Premium soda water
- 5ml Sakura syrup
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice cubes
- Add the Matsui Shuzo The Matsui Sakura Cask
- Top with premium soda water
- Gently stir to combine
- Drizzle the sakura syrup around the inside of the glass, creating a decorative pattern
Highball glass, garnish with a delicate sakura blossom placed gently on top of the drink
