Henley Horizon

Ingredients

• 60 ml Mr Hobbs Henley Gin
• 30 ml Elderflower liqueur
• 20 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 10 ml Simple syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Method

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
2. Add the Mr Hobbs Henley Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
5. Garnish with 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters

Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters, creating a decorative pattern on the surface of the drink.
