Ingredients
- 60 ml Havana Club 15 yrs Iconica Gran Reserva
- 20 ml Demerara simple syrup
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash Peychaud's bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add the Havana Club 15 yrs Iconica Gran Reserva, Demerara simple syrup, fresh lime juice, Angostura bitters, and Peychaud's bitters
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
