Emerald Isle Elixir

Ingredients

• 60 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 20 ml green chartreuse
• 15 ml fresh lime juice
• 10 ml simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Method

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add Jameson Irish Whiskey, green chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.

Serve in a coupe glass, garnished with a fresh lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
