De Gouden Kaviaar Martini

Ingrediënten:

- 60 ml mezcal
- 1 tl agavesiroop
- 2 streepjes Angostura bitters
- Sinaasappelschil, ter garnering

Instructies:
1. Meng de agavenectar en de bitters in een whiskyglas.
2. Doe een groot ijsblokje in het glas.
3. Giet de mezcal over het ijs en roer tot het goed gemengd is.
4. Garneer met een sinaasappelschil en serveer.
