Ingredienti

• 60 ml Darroze - Les Grands Assemblage - 30 yrs
• 15 ml Cognac (VS)
• 10 ml Crème de cacao (dark)
• 5 ml Honey syrup (1:1 ratio)
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Walnut bitters

Preparazione

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with large ice cubes.
2. Stir continuously for 45 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into the prepared glass using a fine mesh strainer.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the surface.
