The Cherub's Inheritance

Ingredienti

• 45 ml Angel's Envy Bourbon Whiskey
• 20 ml Tawny Port
• 15 ml Crème de Cacao (dark)
• 10 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 7.5 ml Honey Syrup (1:1 ratio)
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Egg White (optional, for silky texture)

Preparazione

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. If using egg white, dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds without ice
3. Add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well-chilled
4. Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into the prepared glass
5. Allow the drink to settle for 5 seconds before serving

Serve in a coupe glass. Garnish with a single candied cherry positioned on the rim, and express a lemon twist over the surface, allowing oils to mist the drink before discarding the twist.
