In the heart of the Cilento National Park, in a unique terroir, where the hills and small mountains overlook the sea, the San Salvatore 1988 farm was born.
Among the wines of this winery, we find Falanghina, a white wine produced from the vine of the same name in purity, which grows on a soil rich in minerals with an ideal exposure for the perfect ripening of the grapes.
After the manual harvest of the carefully selected grapes, they arrive at the cellar where they undergo a soft pressing and cryomaceration for 6 hours at 4 °. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a very low temperature and aging for 6 months on its own fine lees.
Pleasant floral aromas stand out on the nose including broom, with slight notes of green apple, ripe pear, pineapple and banana, pleasant citrus hints also stand out.
An intense wine of a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The sip is savory but still elegant and fresh, with a persuasive taste and a persistent finish.
