Nikka Coffey Malt is an absolutely unique Japanese whiskey , it is made from 100% malted barley distilled in a Column still, a Coffey Still from the 1960s. This Japanese whiskey therefore has an incredibly rich and woody taste. The nose is all about freshness and citrus. Citrus fruits (clementine, orange) blend delicately in the mouth with gourmet notes of coffee, praline, rum baba and vanilla cream. The finish extends without blinking on plums and Mirabelle plums. Licorice makes a brief appearance to leave the fruit singing.

Nikka's Morning Brew

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Nikka Coffee Malt
- 30 ml cold brew coffee
- 15 ml maple syrup
- 15 ml heavy cream
- 1 dash of chocolate bitters
- Ice cubes

Instructions:
1. Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add Nikka Coffee Malt, cold brew coffee, maple syrup, heavy cream, and chocolate bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.
5. Garnish with a coffee bean or a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
6. Enjoy your Nikka's Morning Brew!
