Tasting notes

Representing the largest single production and a blend of several parcels, the 2021 Chardonnay Hudson Vineyard is a strong effort, featuring scents of roasted peanuts, crème brûlée and fresh pineapple. It's medium to full-bodied, charming and easy to drink, with a clean, dry finish.

About this wine

Hudson Vineyard Chardonnay represents the pinnacle of California winemaking from one of Napa Valley's most respected producers. Situated in the heart of Napa's premier white wine territory, Hudson Vineyards benefits from the region's ideal climate and distinctive terroir, which impart the wine's characteristic richness and complexity.

This full-bodied Chardonnay showcases the variety's natural affinity for the Napa Valley appellation. The wine displays tropical fruit character with fresh, vibrant acidity, a hallmark of premium California Chardonnay. The warming, high-alcohol profile (14.7% ABV) adds structure and depth, making it a sophisticated choice for discerning palates.

Pair this elegant white with shellfish, lobster, white fish, and poultry dishes, particularly those prepared with cream sauces or paired with hard cheeses. It's an ideal selection for fine dining occasions, yacht entertaining, and villa entertaining where a world-class California Chardonnay will impress.
