Tasting notes
Our 1.2 ha plot, known as Les Pargues, is located on the left bank of the Serein River near the Premiers Crus Vaillons and Montmains. It benefits from a south-eastern exposure and a Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soil. With its marl terroir, this plot produces a fruity and lively wine with beautiful depth of aromas and pronounced mineral notes.
