Tasting notes
Yomeishu Seizo selected 11 plants out of 130 at its disposal: lemon peel, kuromoji, juniper berry, coriander, liquorice, angelica, ginger, cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, cardamom, and caraway or caraway. The nose is delicate, soft, it evokes mountain herbs, reminiscent of genepi, before asserting itself with lively medicinal notes. The palate is sweet at first and becomes spicy and powerful. The botanical elements are expressed in great complexity. It is dry and round at the same time, the finish is long with a good persistence of aromas. It leaves the mouth pleasantly scented.
