Cucumber Blossom is a shaken cocktail made with Hendrick's - Original, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Hendrick's - Original
  • 20 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 15 ml fresh lime juice
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • 3 slices of cucumber
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • Cucumber ribbon for garnish

Method

  1. Muddle the cucumber slices and mint sprig in a shaker.
  2. Add Hendrick's - Original, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
