Ingredients
- 50 ml Bols - Blue Curacao
- 30 ml vodka
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Top with soda water
- Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Bols - Blue Curacao, vodka, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
Serve
Serve in a tall, clear glass. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
