Key characteristics
About this liqueur
Bols Crème de Cassis comes from the Dutch house of Bols, a name synonymous with liqueurs since the country's long tradition of distilling and fruit maceration. This is a blackcurrant liqueur in the classic cassis style: dark, glossy and richly perfumed, built for blending as much as sipping. At 24% abv it carries real fruit weight without excess sweetness dominating the palate.
Serve well chilled, 10-12°C, as the backbone of a Kir or Kir Royale with chilled white wine or champagne on deck. Equally useful behind the bar for cocktails, or poured over ice cream and fresh berries at the end of a dinner service.
