The wine displays a medium-intense cherry colour, clear and luminous. On the first nose, it is immediately expressive, revealing aromas of small red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, complemented by hints of mint and thyme blossom. With aeration, the bouquet deepens and becomes more structured and powerful, offering woody and smoky nuances, notes of blond tobacco, and a persistent minty freshness. In the background, delicate floral hints of violet and iris emerge. The palate opens with a round, soft attack, bringing a sensation of sweetness balanced by freshness and finesse. Smooth, lively tannins provide a fine framework that supports the wine’s vibrant fruit profile. Flavours of juicy cherries and stewed strawberries dominate, lifted by touches of vanilla and refreshing mint. The finish lingers warmly, with notes of plum and subtle smoky accents.

Some floral elements appear in the background with the violet and the iris. The attack is round with a sensation of sweetness. There is freshness and delicacy. The tannins are smooth and acidulous. They participate by giving a frame to the fruity aromatic of the wine. There are juicy cherries but also stewed strawberries. There is vanilla and mint always for freshness. The finish is on plum, warm with some smoky aromas.
