Tasting notes
This is a beautiful wine that shows tension and clean lines with fresh lemon zest, minty apple and delicate honeycomb. The wine coats the palate nicely, giving it a lean to medium-bodied texture with a crisp, mineral finish.

Key characteristics
About this wine
Girolamo Russo's Nerina is an Etna Bianco DOC from the volcanic slopes of Sicily, blending Carricante, Grecanico and Catarratto grown on the black lava soils that ring Mount Etna. The altitude and mineral-rich ground shape a white with real backbone, distinct from anything grown at sea level.
Expect citrus and orchard fruit over a saline, ashy core, with the bright acidity typical of Etna whites. Serve at 8-12°C alongside grilled langoustine, sea bass or a simple plate of raw fish where its minerality can do the talking.
