Tasting Notes
Very pale onion skin colour- a classic Provencal rosé. Primarily a blend of Grenache, Rolle and Cinsault, the nose is chock full of strawberry, redcurrant, with plenty of freshness on the palate.
Pale salmon pink. Nose reveals white peach, redcurrant and a delicate floral lift. Palate is dry and refined, with citrus zest, strawberry fruit and a chalky mineral edge. Long, saline finish, its bright, elegant profile suited to the magnum's generous format for onboard entertaining.
Pale blush pink. Nose offers red berries, white flowers and a hint of citrus zest. Palate is dry, delicately fruited with strawberry and grapefruit, Rolle bringing a saline, mineral edge. Finish is crisp and refreshing, well suited to sharing from the magnum format.
