Ingredients

  • 60 ml Lagavulin - 16 yrs
  • 15 ml honey syrup
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add Lagavulin - 16 yrs, honey syrup, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Stir gently for 20 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve

A rocks glass with a golden-hued cocktail and a large, clear ice cube at its center. A lemon twist rests elegantly on the rim, releasing a subtle citrus aroma.
