Tasting notes
Rich and expressive with intense aromas of ripe red berries, black cherries, and wild strawberries mingled with garrigue herbs, lavender, and subtle peppery spice. The palate is full-bodied and generous, offering concentrated dark fruit flavors layered with notes of licorice, dried thyme, and a hint of leather. Velvety tannins provide excellent structure while maintaining elegance, leading to a long, warming finish with lingering notes of kirsch and Mediterranean herbs.
