Ingredients
- 60 ml Grey Goose Vodka
- 20 ml elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Top with soda water
- Lime wheel and fresh mint sprig for garnish
Method
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add Grey Goose Vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
- Strain into a tall Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water and gently stir.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
Serve
A tall Collins glass with a crystal-clear, effervescent cocktail, garnished with a lime wheel and mint sprig.
