Ingredients:

- 50ml Eden Mill Love Gin
- 25ml raspberry liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey syrup
- 1 egg white

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and a sprig of rosemary.
