A smooth oak flavoured gin with a hint of Cornish honey sweetness. Aged using a fallen oak tree from the Cornish countryside. The oak is toasted by hand and soaked in Honey for 2 weeks, before being dropped into our award winning Original 1929 Gin and aged it for 12 weeks. Each batch is distilled by hand for a truly seasonal cornish twist. Tasting notes: Juniper softened by orange citrus with hints of vanilla and honey.

Honey Oak Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Trevethan Distillery Honey Oak gin
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
- Ice

Instructions:
1. In a mixing glass, add honey and bitters.
2. Stir until honey is dissolved.
3. Add Trevethan Distillery Honey Oak gin and ice.
4. Stir until well chilled.
5. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
6. Express orange peel over the drink and garnish with the peel.
