Very fruity, Black Bush is a delicious blend of rare richness and elegance. With an interesting maturity typical to malt whiskeys, Black Bush is full bodied and deliciously smooth, with a hint of liveliness brought by the grain. Right from the pour you’ll notice the dark colouring‚ a result of maturing for up to 8 years in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and sweet Bourbon barrels. As for the taste‚ this 80% Malt Whiskey floats across the tongue to deliver dark‚ velvety fruity notes right through to the long finish.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bushmills - Black Bush
  • 20 ml sweet vermouth
  • 10 ml Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Orange twist for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice. - Add Bushmills - Black Bush, sweet vermouth, Benedictine, and Angostura bitters. - Stir gently for 20–30 seconds until well chilled. - Strain into a chilled coupe glass. - Garnish with an orange twist.
