Mistral Soleil is a shaken cocktail made with Mistral Gin, served in a coupe.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Mistral Gin
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Honey Syrup (1:1 honey to water)
  • 2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Mistral Gin, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters and gently stir to incorporate.

Serve

Coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist, expressed over the surface of the drink.
