Don Fulano is a tequila producer based in Mexico, crafting spirits from blue agave under the tequila denomination of origin. The brand takes its name from a Spanish idiomatic expression roughly equivalent to "a certain someone" or "John Doe," and positions itself within the artisanal segment of the tequila category. Its expressions span the core aged categories that define the tequila spectrum: Blanco, Reposado, and Añejo.

Tequila must be produced in designated Mexican states — primarily Jalisco — using Agave tequilana Weber (blue agave). Blanco expressions are unaged or rested only briefly, preserving the raw agave character: herbaceous, vegetal, and often citrus-driven. Reposado tequilas are aged in oak for a minimum of two months and up to one year, developing softer, rounder profiles with light vanilla and wood notes. Añejo must rest in oak for a minimum of one year, gaining greater complexity, dried fruit, and spice character while retaining the underlying agave foundation.

Don Fulano's range includes a Blanco Fuerte, which typically indicates a higher-proof expression bottled without dilution to full barrel strength, offering a more intense agave-forward character than a standard Blanco. The Reposado and Añejo complete a classic lineup that allows comparison across the aging spectrum, from fresh and vibrant to oak-influenced and structured.
