Ingredients

  • 60 ml Bacardi - Carta Oro
  • 30 ml fresh pineapple juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Pineapple leaf and lime wheel for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Bacardi - Carta Oro, fresh pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a lime wheel.

Serve

A highball glass brimming with a golden-hued cocktail, topped with a vibrant pineapple leaf and a fresh lime wheel.
