Ingredients
- 60 ml Grey Goose Pear Vodka
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add Grey Goose Pear Vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, creating a swirl pattern on the surface.
Serve
Serve in a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon peel, twisted and placed on the rim of the glass.
