Created in 2017 The “Les Fantastiques” cuvées embody the quality of a terroir and precise know-how of Château Sainte Marguerite Cru Classé Côtes-de-Provence. Balanced and structured, the wines are characterized by their finesse, freshness and aromas. Fantastique is certified organic and vegan and is made from the best plots of the vineyard. The grape varieties complement each other to deliver the aromatic and authentic expression of the Château Sainte Marguerite terroir. A balance between rich aromas of white peach and pear, and more exotic nuances of lychee, passion fruit and grapefruit zest. Aromatic freshness with citrus and floral notes (rose, hint of jasmine). A long finish that lingers on the palate.
Château Sainte Marguerite is a renowned winery located in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation in France. With a rich history dating back to the 18th century, the winery is now owned and operated by the Fayard family, who have been producing exceptional wines for over 60 years.
The Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé is a delightful wine made using a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes. It is produced using the saignée method, which involves bleeding off a portion of the juice from the red grapes after they have been crushed. This results in a light-colored wine with a delicate flavor profile.
The Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé is a dry wine that is perfect for sipping on a warm summer day. It has a beautiful pale pink color and a bouquet of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and citrus fruits. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing with a subtle minerality and a long, smooth finish.
Overall, the Château Sainte Marguerite Fantastique Rosé is a fantastic wine that is sure to please even the most discerning wine connoisseur. It is a perfect example of the high-quality wines that are produced by this esteemed winery.
