Château de Laubade

Château de Laubade

Founded in 1870, the first owner of Château de Laubade was Joseph Noulens, former French Ambassador to Saint Petersburg and Minister of War, Finance and Agriculture in the government of Georges Clémenceau. Since 1974, the estate has belonged to the Lesgourgues family.
Terroir: This 105-hectare estate rests on tawny sand and boulbène soils. Château de Laubade is one of the rare properties to cultivate the 4 traditional grape varieties of the appellation: Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard and Folle Blanche.
