Lauran Cabaret

Located in the heart of the Cote de Beaune region in Burgundy, France, Lauran Cabaret is a renowned wine producer known for its exceptional range of red and white wines. The winery is situated in the small village of Pommard, which is famous for its intense and complex Pinot Noir grapes.

The history of Lauran Cabaret dates back to the 18th century when the Cabaret family started cultivating grapes in the region. However, it was not until the 1980s that the winery was officially established by brothers Laurent and Hubert Cabaret. Since then, the winery has been passed down through generations and is currently run by Laurent's son, Etienne Cabaret.

The winery's vineyards cover a total area of 12 hectares, with a majority of the land dedicated to growing Pinot Noir grapes. The terroir of the region, with its limestone and clay soils, along with a cool climate, provides the perfect conditions for producing high-quality wines with unique characteristics. In addition, the use of organic and biodynamic farming practices has led to the production of wines that truly reflect the essence of the Pommard terroir.

Lauran Cabaret's wines are known for their elegance, finesse, and complexity. The winery produces a variety of red and white wines, with their flagship wine being the Pommard Premier Cru "Les Rugiens." This wine is made from old vines and is aged in French oak barrels, resulting in a rich and full-bodied wine with notes of red fruits, spice, and earth.

Apart from their flagship wine, Lauran Cabaret also produces a range of other exceptional wines such as their Pommard Villages, Pommard "Les Petits Epenots," and a white wine made from Chardonnay grapes. These wines have received numerous accolades from prestigious wine critics, solidifying the winery's reputation as one of the top producers in the
