Château Bellevue de Tayac is a family-owned wine estate owned by the Fabre Family. The winemaking roots of the Fabres reaches to the Haut-Médoc appellation where the family has had a long tradition of winemaking, patriarch Gabriel Fabre arrived in the Medoc in 1964 to begin crafting fine wines.
In 2013, Vincent, Gabriel’s son, his wife, Florence and two of their children, bought Château Bellevue de Tayac in the Margaux appellation. This estate is located in the northern stretches of the appellation, on a gravel soil and clay subsoil.
Since 2013, the Fabre Family has made some important investments in the winery to continually improve the quality of their wines year after year.
