Originally from Berry, Romain Guiberteau has become one of the great signatures of Saumur. Established since the end of the 1990s, he works with talent in the family vineyard, part of which is located in Brézé, usually the land of the great whites of Saumur.
The estate has been in Organic Farming since 2003: The soils are worked under the rows and naturally grassed. All synthetic products are prohibited: only sulfur, copper and plant decoctions are used. Finally, the vinification is natural: no addition of yeasts, enzymes, stabilizers, no thermoregulation, with the minimum sulfur necessary.
