Trois Rivières Cuvée de l'Océan rum is made from the juice of sugar cane grown "with its feet in the water" on the sunny plot of Anse Trabaud, located in the far south of Martinique. This geographical particularity, combined with fermentation techniques specially designed by the Master Distiller, makes Cuvée de l'Océan a rum with a unique taste which is mainly characterized by surprisingly mineral, iodized and saline notes.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Trois Rivières - Cuvée de l'Ocean - Rhum Blanc Agricole
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
- 22.5 ml simple syrup
- 15 ml passion fruit purée
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Trois Rivières - Cuvée de l'Ocean - Rhum Blanc Agricole, lime juice, simple syrup, passion fruit purée, and Angostura bitters.
- Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds.
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice.
Serve
Highball glass, garnished with a thin lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint placed on the rim.
