Ingredients

  • 60 ml Plymouth Gin
  • 30 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 20 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • Lemon twist for garnish

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add Plymouth Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters.
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Serve

A coupe glass filled with a pale, golden cocktail with a fresh citrus aroma. The lemon twist elegantly rests on the rim, adding a touch of sophistication.
